All parcels are flat rate $15 in Canada. Please contact me for rates and shipping for International orders.

Shipping Materials

All ceramics are shipped using reused or recycled boxes and wrap and biodegradable packing peanuts are used.

Refund Policy

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or it is defective or damaged please contact me immediately and provide a picture of the damaged item.
